These producers face increasing regulatory pressure requiring all storage tanks to be equipped with adequate operational and emergency ventilation systems, as well as explosion protection devices for use in potentially combustible atmospheres and susceptible to BLEVE (Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapor Explosion) incidents.
